Chef Roger Watson is a very ambitious chef. Though he was born in Doncaster, England, he moved to London when he turned 17 to work in some of the best restaurants the city had to offer. His extensive background in incredible Michelin starred restaurants allows him to bring a great deal of knowledge and experience to the private household setting.
Chef Roger currently holds the position of Private chef for an Ultra High Net Worth family in Indiana U.S.A. In this role, he works with tailored diets and custom menus. Chef Roger is well versed in every cuisine, in particular classic French, Italian, and asian foods, he has learned to be extremely flexible with diet/menu changes. In addition to culinary challenges, he has also successfully worked around international travel schedules, traveling along side the family while maintaining all dietary needs. He is very good at quickly adapting to specific needs and taste, whether they be culinary or aesthetic, his skills are sharp yet flexible. In addition to expanding his culinary reach and international travel, his career in private households has granted him the pleasure of preparing many VIP dinner parties with very exclusive guests, including members of multiple royal families, political dignitaries, business moguls, and celebrities.
